    The rules it follows

Every warning above comes from HighLevel's A2P articles. In short, a reviewer should be able to understand the whole program from what you submit, without guessing (Campaign Approval Best Practices):

    • One story. Brand, use case, description, samples, opt-in flow, website and policies all describe the same program.
    • The description answers five questions: who sends, who receives, what is sent, why, and how people opt in.
    • Samples are real. They name the business, match the use case, use bracketed fields for variable content, include STOP wording, and use full HTTPS links with no public URL shorteners. Mixed programs show both kinds.
    • Consent is separate and optional. Marketing and non-marketing consent need their own unticked checkboxes, and the form must submit without them (A2P Opt-In Compliance).
    • Reviewers can see the opt-in. Paper, verbal, QR-code and logged-in flows need a hosted screenshot from Media Storage.
    • Every opt-in method is described, not just the main one, and every field is unique: copy-pasted fields are rejected (Rejection Reasons).
    • DBA names are declared. Texting under a DBA means adding HighLevel's DBA sentence and showing the DBA everywhere (Campaign Registration Guide).

Some content cannot be registered whatever you write. Check HighLevel's forbidden message categories before you start.

Estimates, not guarantees. The output is a starting draft built from fixed templates. Edit it so it describes the real business and the messages it will really send. Carriers and registration partners make the approval decision, and this is not legal advice.

    After you paste it in

    1. Work through the HighLevel A2P registration checklist. It covers the brand, website and policy steps this tool does not.
    2. Fill in your own opt-in form on a phone as a stranger would, and check it matches the opt-in description word for word.
    3. Run HighLevel's Review Application check and fix anything it flags before you submit.

If you would rather have someone handle the registration, A2PReady is my own product for getting A2P brands and campaigns registered and approved.

    FAQ

What should an A2P campaign description include?

HighLevel's campaign best practices say it should answer who sends the messages, who receives them, what types of messages are sent, why, and how recipients opt in. Their good example is "Acme sends appointment reminders and service updates to existing customers who provide SMS consent through our online appointment form." A one-line description such as "This campaign sends messages to customers" does not give a reviewer enough to go on.

What makes a good A2P sample message?

Name the business, keep the content realistic, match the use case and the description, include opt-out wording such as "Reply STOP to unsubscribe", and use bracketed fields like [First Name] or [Appointment Date] for variable content. Use full HTTPS links and no public URL shorteners. For a mixed program, include at least one marketing and one informational sample.

Which use case should I choose?

The one that matches the messages you will actually send. If one program sends both marketing and informational messages, HighLevel says to pick Mixed, and in Chat Widget Setup it then sets the campaign use case to Low Volume Mixed. This tool works out the use case from the message types you tick and warns you if your choice does not match.

What does "We are doing DBA as" mean?

If the business has an EIN but sends messages under a different brand name, HighLevel says to add the sentence "We are doing DBA as [Business_Name]" to the campaign and to show the DBA name on the website, Privacy Policy, Terms and consent text. A DBA that does not match the legal name on file is rejection 30918.

Will this text get my campaign approved?

No tool can promise that. HighLevel says carriers and registration partners make the final decision, and following best practices improves a submission without guaranteeing approval. Use the output as a starting draft, edit it so it describes the real business, and check the website and opt-in form match it.

Does this tool use AI or send my answers anywhere?

No. It fills in fixed templates in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to GHL Weekly or anyone else, and nothing is saved.
